In all such cases, you choose whether to provide us with the personally identifiable information. Please understand, however, that certain portions of the Site may not be available to you or we may not be able to respond to your inquiry effectively if you do not provide the personally identifiable information requested.

Aggregated Information. We collect certain anonymous, aggregated data regarding the usage of the Site. This information does not personally identify users, by itself or in combination with other information. We gather it to improve the performance of the Site. The aggregated data we collect can include information such as the type of browser you are using, your computer's Internet protocol ("IP") address, the pages you view, and the length of your visit to the Site. The purposes for which this information is collected and used include facilitating Site operation and system administration, generating aggregate, non-identifiable statistical information, monitoring and analyzing Site traffic and usage patterns, and improving the content and content delivery with regard to the Site and the online media, content, materials, opportunities, and services that we describe or make available on the Site.

In addition, we may retain the content of, and metadata regarding, any correspondence you may have with us or our representatives, regardless of the mode of communication by which such correspondence was made. This information helps us to improve the Site and the online media, content, materials, opportunities, and services that we feature or describe on the Site, and to more effectively and efficiently respond to both current and future inquiries.

As with many other web sites, the web servers used to operate the Site may collect certain data pertaining to you and the equipment and communications method that you use to access the Internet and the Site. For security reasons and to confirm the integrity of our data, we may combine components of this data with other sources of information which may identify you. Unless otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, such identifying information will be used solely for our internal business purposes.

Should you wish to have your data and account removed from our servers, please fill out this form and we will honor your request as quickly as possible.

Surveys and Contests. We may occasionally request information from you via surveys or contests. Your participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary. The information that we request typically includes your contact details. If you choose to participate, the information that you provide will be shared with the contest/survey sponsors to notify winners and award prizes. Survey information may also be used to monitor and improve the content and performance of the Site.

Remember though that without browser cookies enabled you may not be able to take advantage of all our Site's features.

We may also use cookies and clear GIFs (also known as "Web beacons" and "1X1 GIFs") to gather and compile such information about you when you return to our Site so that we may better customize our services to you.

If you contact us for support or assistance, we may use information that you provide or that we collect about you or your system for purposes such as verifying whether your system meets the minimum requirements needed to use the Site and other various services.

We also use the information collected through the Site for statistical purposes and for improving the Site. We may disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties for tracking purposes, to improve the functionality of the Site, to perform statistical and data analyses, and to deliver e-mails to you from us. Additionally, if you provide Oozbop with content for publishing or feedback, we may publish your user name or other identifying data.

6. With Whom Do We Share Information That We Collect?

We may from time-to-time utilize a number of trusted business and marketing partners in delivering the online media, content, materials, and opportunities available on or through the Site to you. To the extent necessary for purposes of communicating with you or fulfilling your requests for our products or services, or your subscriptions to such media, content, and materials, we may share information about you with these business partners. We may also produce reports on Site traffic or usage patterns and share these reports with our business partners and others, but the information contained in these reports is anonymous and does not allow identification of any specific individual.

We may also disclose personally identifiable information in order to respond to a subpoena, court order or other such request. Oozbop may also provide such personally identifiable information in response to a law enforcement agency's request or as otherwise required by law. Your personally identifiable information may be provided to a party if Oozbop files for bankruptcy, or there is a transfer of the assets or ownership of Oozbop in connection with proposed or consummated corporate reorganizations, such as mergers or acquisitions.

8. How Do We Protect Information Collected About You?

Oozbop takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect information transmitted via or stored on the Site and transmitted to and from the Site. Nevertheless, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information that users of the Site may happen to transmit or otherwise supply, or that any communications or any electronic commerce conducted on or through the Site, is or will be totally secure.
