Password-free logins

Your members will be able to click a button that will automatically log them in, even if they don't remember their password. This makes it super easy for your members to respond for any event. They just click a button in their email and they are signed up.

Add members to groups, skip the invitation process

In our individual subscription version, members cannot be "added" to groups. For security reasons, they can only be invited to groups. The members need to accept the invitation before they are able to see the group activities and other group features (such as the Wall, Message Center, Photo Gallery, etc). Because our Community Version is based on your roster, we are able to streamline the process and add members to groups, bypassing the invitation process.

Leagues

Set up and manage leagues directly in GroupValet. Assign League Commissioners, teams and matches. Post and track scores and automatically show standings and rankings. Can be used for any type of league, including Bocce, Tennis, Pickleball, Golf, Trivia, Darts or any other type you need.

Golf Handicaps

We integrate with GHIN, Golfnet and the Chicago District Golf Association to pull in the latest index for all your golfing members. The indexes are automatically updated and included in all rosters and signups.

Bookings

Use our booking calendars to book virtually anything: private lessons, court times, times in the pool, parent/teacher conferences, spa treatments, room reservations, and on, and on…

Group Search

Let your members search for groups they can join throughout your organization. Whether you are in a club, a HOA or a religious institution, our search will help your members quickly and easily connect with each other. This is a great way to introduce new members - they can search for something they are interested in and automatically be included in that group's activities.
